Firestone Complete Auto Care

Very Disappointed With My Tire Experience I purchased brand-new tires from Firestone about a year ago that were advertised to last up to 50,000 miles. I have been very diligent about getting my tires rotated approximately every 5,000 miles, and I have only put around 15,000 miles on them in the year that I’ve had them. I recently went in for my vehicle inspection and was extremely disappointed to find that my two front tires were measuring at a 1 for tread, while my two rear tires were still measuring around 8/10. The significant difference in wear is very concerning, especially considering the tires are only a year old and have only been driven about 15,000 miles. I understand that tire wear can vary depending on driving conditions and vehicle alignment, but I expected much better performance from brand-new tires that were advertised with a 50,000-mile warranty/lifespan. I’m very frustrated with this experience and would like Firestone to take a closer look at why the front tires wore down so quickly despite regular rotations and proper maintenance. Overall, this experience has left me questioning the quality and value of the tires I purchased.

Decided to bring my car in for a PA inspection / oil change as they are one of the few places around that are open weekends. They were super professional and had it ready quicker than any mechanic I’ve been to. They made some sensible service recommendations based upon the mileage on my vehicle, which I appreciated. Plus, Firestone offers some coupons and discounts I was able to take advantage of. I would definitely recommend!

Will is excellent. He tells me exactly what I am going to need in the future so I can plan and he is very personable. They take my car in at the expected time and finish as soon as possible. They are cognizant of my time waiting.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Convenient, Honest, and Quick Service!I dropped my vehicle off overnight for an A/C performance check on June 16, 2026. The night drop-off option was incredibly convenient, and they completed the service quickly the next day. I really appreciated that the team double-checked a specific concern I had. I always feel like they truly do what is best for the customer rather than pushing unnecessary repairs. Highly recommend this location for reliable and honest service!
